About

Leon Köllerwirth

Interim leadership for product and platform

Twenty years of leadership in software. From engineer to head of engineering and IT at a family-owned company, then enterprise architecture and information security in a regulated corporate group. Most recently four years as chief product owner on mandate for a business-critical embedded platform. I also trained for leadership: systemic coaching. Today I take on accountability for a fixed term and do the building myself; that is how I notice early where a concept breaks against delivery.

Full name: Leon Köllerwirth Hlihel.

Away from IT, platforms and leading people, I photograph. Selected work at hamudi.de.

Next step

Understand what this means for your organisation.

Where the role is clear, it goes straight into a mandate: interim leadership for a fixed term, with the accountability that comes with it. Where the decision is still open, an assessment comes first: 10 working days, fixed fee, one results conversation. Either way it starts with a 20-minute introductory call.

Motion note

Open enough to see through

What is open can be seen.

Behind it no secret, only motion.

Something turns toward you. The centre holds.
