Terms & scope
Scope protection
The assessment covers exactly two executive interviews, one prioritised workflow and one results session. Revision loops, additional interviews, further workflows, architecture deep-dives, individual regulatory assessments and implementation services are not included and will be offered separately (change request before any additional work). Payment plan: 50 % upon engagement, 50 % upon delivery of the decision document.
