Your classification stays on this machine. Your browser stores it locally so it survives a reload, and it is never transmitted to me; you can delete it via your browser settings. How this works
Cut the programme into work areas
A work area is not a team and not a folder, but a domain where four answers behave the same. Where one of them changes, it is its own area. A model can propose that cut — arguing with it is your job.
Answer four questions per area
Which independent check actually exists today, what happens when an error slips through, what works there, and who signs off by name. The classification needs no more than that.
Hand the order on
Out comes a zone per area with its justification, a one-pager for management and a record for the audit. The justification is the product, not the colour.
One thing decides everything: "free" is unreachable without an existing independent counter-check. Not because it would be unwise, but because an error there would surface to nobody.
Where do we start?
A work area is a domain where four answers behave the same: can an error reach the product unnoticed, which independent check exists, who signs off, which platform it sits on. Where one of those changes, it is its own area.
Get a proposal from a model
Instead of cutting eleven areas by hand: have a proposal generated and argue with it. The model proposes properties of the work — the cut, the platform, the impact questions. What actually runs in your chain and who signs off, you enter yourself: no model knows that, and guessing would be dangerous here.
Unconfirmed proposals do not enter the classification.
